NCFA Post Adoption Research – Chance to Win

National Council for Adoption (NCFA) has been engaged in a project with researchers at Baylor University for the last few years studying workplace adoption policies. As they approach the final stages of research, an additional step is needed for their construct validation – and they are hopeful you can help them connect with working adoptive parents by forwarding this link to the families in post-adoption.

Each working adoptive parent who participates will be asked to complete one survey (approximately 10 minutes). After completing the survey, the parent can enter to win 1 of 20 $25.00 Amazon gift cards. The study will end on January 31, 2021.

The research is not possible without your participation, so we thank you in advance for your time and consideration. We hope NCFA’s research will shine a positive light on adoption. To participate by completing the survey, please follow the link below:

Qualifications to participate:

–          Adoptive parent must be at least 18 years or older.

–          Adoption of at least one child must have been in the last 2 years.

–          Adoptive parent must have been working (non self-employed) full time (30+ hours/week) at the time of the adoption.

Also, please share this opportunity with other adoptive parents you know who may be interested in supporting this research. The more potential participants for the study, the better we’ll be able to promote adoption-friendly workplaces.
